(1) This conference adopts on-site registration. Please proceed to the registration desk for check-in and accommodation procedures.

(2) Please wear your ID card to enter the venue, restaurant, inspection and other places. Room card for breakfast, voucher for lunch and dinner.

(3) Please observe the discipline of the conference venue. During the conference, kindly set your mobile phones and other wireless communication devices to silent or vibrate mode.

(4) Please take good care of conference documents, materials, and personal belongings.

(5) If you have any special dietary requirements, please inform the organizing committee in advance.

(6) After the conference, please return your room card to the hotel front desk, settle any outstanding bills, and request an invoice. Check-out time is 12:00.
